Day 1: Guwahati to Dirang (Gateway to Arunachal)
Today's Highlights: Drive along the Kameng River valley, crossing into Arunachal Pradesh, and overnight in Dirang Valley.
The Journey: Early morning pickup from Guwahati Airport (GAU). Drive through the lush foothills of Assam into Arunachal Pradesh via Bhalukpong. Arrive in the serene Dirang Valley (4,900 ft), surrounded by kiwi orchards and apple trees.

Day 2: Dirang to Tawang via Sela Pass (13,700 ft)
Today's Highlights: Crossing frozen Sela Pass, Sela Lake, and Jaswant Garh War Memorial.
The Journey: Drive high up into the Himalayas, crossing the dramatic Sela Pass (13,700 ft) past the frozen Sela Lake. Visit the historic Jaswant Garh War Memorial before descending into Tawang (10,000 ft). Check into your hotel with views of Tawang Valley.

Day 3: Tawang Monastery & Urgelling Gompa
Today's Highlights: Guided tour of 400-year-old Tawang Monastery and birth site of the 6th Dalai Lama.
The Journey: Spend your morning exploring Tawang Monastery (Galden Namgey Lhatse), the largest monastery in India and second-largest in the world, housing a 28-foot golden Buddha. In the afternoon, visit the serene Urgelling Monastery, the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama.

Day 4: High-Altitude Excursion: Bum La Pass & Madhuri Lake
Today's Highlights: Excursion to Indo-China border at Bum La Pass (15,200 ft) and Sangetsar (Madhuri) Lake.
The Journey: Take specialized local 4x4 vehicles up to Bum La Pass at the Indo-China border. Visit the stunning Sangetsar Lake (popularly known as Madhuri Lake), formed by an earthquake and surrounded by submerged pine tree trunks.

Day 5: Tawang to Bomdila
Today's Highlights: Jung Waterfall stopover and evening walk at Bomdila Monastery.
The Journey: Drive back towards Bomdila, stopping at the roaring Nuranang (Jung) Waterfall. Check into your hotel in Bomdila (8,000 ft) and visit Bomdila Monastery for sunset valley views.

Day 6: Bomdila to Guwahati Departure
